We want you to buy with confidence and we want you to feel confident about recommending our
website and services to your friends and family. Natural Methods guarantees that your
fertility monitor purchase price will remain the best price not just before your purchase
but also up to 30 days after. We will match any lower advertised
price plus give you an additional $10 off. To advise
us of a lower price before you purchase, please call our sales department. If you find a lower
price after you have completed your purchase, please
email our sales department. Be sure
to include proof of advertised price, including URL if available. We will be happy to
credit your charge card to match any lower price that can be properly verified.
Shipping & Duties
For ALL orders allow up to 48 hours for processing, excluding Saturday & Sunday.
Included shipping for orders in North America is handled by FedEx Ground.
We ship international orders by Parcel Post or Fedex Express at our option.
Any customs, duties, taxes, and brokerage fees for shipments charged during the
delivery and after the original sale, are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Such fees are not usually charged for items entering the USA. Natural Methods
may from time to time accept such charges on your behalf, allowing ourselves to
be billed directly. However any such charges remain the responsibility of the
purchaser and the purchaser will be invoiced for such fees. In
placing an order, the purchaser agrees to having such charges automatically applied to the same
credit card as provided for the purchase of the product that was shipped.
Delivery Guarantee
For delivery you may choose to upgrade to a Purolator next day option. When you
purchase and pay for your order in a single payment and select the Purolator
shipping option (sent via FedEx express), or if you phone and request and pay
in full for FedEx express overnight delivery, then Natural Methods will guarantee
delivery of your order in 3 business days within North America. The guarantee
starts from the day after your payment is received in full. If your order does
not arrive within 3 business days then Natural Methods will refund the full
cost of the shipping fee to you, excluding handling costs, and Natural Methods
will still arrange to deliver the product to you as originally requested on the
order. The following limitations apply to this guarantee: Natural Methods is
not responsible for delays due to influences outside of its own control such as
regulatory delays by customs or delays caused by improper routing or scheduling
by the shipping company or any other such problem outside Natural Methods' direct
control. We are not responsible for delays caused by your inability to accept a
package due to incorrect address, rerouting to a new address, or due to no one
being available to accept the package. Proof for this guarantee will be referenced
to the date the package is picked up by the courier.
Return Policy
Before returning an item please call our service desk for
an RMA number. Returns will not be accepted without an RMA number. All returns
must be completed within 30 days. A copy of the original invoice or customer ID
number must be included with the return as proof of purchase. You may return your
fertility monitor within 14 days after receipt for a full refund less shipping
costs, if it is unused and packed in the original packaging including any
accessories and manuals shipped with the product. Returns received 15 days or
more after delivery and with in 30 days of purchase will be subject to a 15%
restocking fee plus shipping fees. Any additional costs incurred in accepting
your return such as customs taxes, duties, handling fees and brokerage fees are
non-refundable and are the responsibility of the purchaser. The purchaser also
agrees as acknowledged by making payments toward their purchase that any additional
fees as described above may be billed to the purchasers credit card immediately
or at a later date if additional invoices are received from customs brokers or
other agents related to the return of the item or order.
Warranty
The manufacturer's warranty covers Lady-Comp and Pearly for 2 years and
Baby-Comp for 3 years. We assume any additional years of warranty if
applicable. Proof of any additional warranty coverage must be stipulated in
writing on your invoice or on the Start-up Tips booklet provided to you
at the time of delivery. Please keep your invoice or Start-up Tips with
your customer ID# as your proof of purchase. BEFORE RETURNING any item please CALL OUR SERVICE DESK FOR an RMA
NUMBER. In the event a repair would be required, we reserve the right to
replace or repair any unit as we see fit after inspection. The
manufacturer does not provide warranty on the following parts: the
sensor, plug or internal battery for all devices. As a courtesy, Natural
Methods will cover these parts for the first 30 days after shipping.
Shipping charges are NOT covered by the warranty. In order to service
any product a valid credit card number is required for our files. Any
additional fees paid by or billed to Natural Methods Inc related to the
shipping of warranty item back to us for repair are the purchaser’s
responsibility and will be billed to the purchaser’s credit card prior
to returning product to client.
Disclaimer
By completing this purchase you agree and understand that a fertility monitor
will not protect against sexual transmitted diseases and that if used in the
prescribed method will reduce the risk of pregnancy but in no way guarantees
100% effectiveness. The contraceptive reliability of our fertility monitors is
based on independent clinical studies documented by the manufacturer and displayed
on our website. All information contained on this website is gathered from
